President- David N. Peterson, RHU, REBC, PFP. Prior to Founding San Diego Associates Mr. Peterson worked as an engineering technician at Data Control Systems in Danbury, Connecticut and Sperry Flight Systems in Los Angeles, California. At Sperry Flight Systems MR. Peterson ran a modification program for DC-9 thrust rating systems. After leaving Sperry Flight Systems Mr. Peterson went to work for a DEC ATD and IBM VAR selling and leasing dumb terminal and the then brand new IBM PC. Mr. Peterson received IBM style sales training while working at Selecterm. Mr. Peterson went on to be a leader in sales production until his departure to San Diego.

     Mr. Peterson is the founder of San Diego Associates, Inc. a control group of corporations engaged in Employee benefit plan design, Group Insurance and Pension Brokerage, Consulting and Administration. This firm was originally founded in 1982 and incorporated in 1985. Mr. Peterson's technical background allowed him to take advantage of PC technology in the early 1980's. San Diego Associates has a long reputation of providing service normally reserved for only the nations largest employers to small and mid-sized employers. Mr. Peterson and his firm have received numerous industry awards for performance and achievement. San Diego Associates continues its fine tradition of customer service into the 21^st century. In addition to those certifications shown, he also holds California Life and Disability Insurance Licenses and NASD Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses.

     Mr. Peterson has been active in developing several other businesses. These cover a diverse range opportunities and have met with varying levels of success. These businesses have been in the Service, Manufacturing, E-commerce and Transportation sectors. Mr. Peterson is active in the internet community and has worked with a large number start-up enterprises in and out of the Internet space. Mr. Peterson Lives in San Diego, California with his Wife, Anita, and their two children. He is an active pilot and aircraft owner.

Ms. Linkous is an experienced administrator of health and welfare plans. Her broad range of skills includes the administration of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans from start-up, through on-going administration, to plan replacement and terminations. She interacts daily with clients to support their needs in these areas. Ms. Linkous has been with San Diego Associates since 1992 and is available to provide responsive, high quality technical assistance and support to clients with health/welfare plans.
